I worked with Jim in their sales office one Friday afternoon and a few months later, the shed arrived, just as proposed. Did not try to up-sell me on anything, helped with township permits, and just gave me what I needed. No hidden costs, everything up front. Really appreciated the responsiveness from Michelle, any question I had she had an answer for.
